In order to provide a service to our customers, Pressure
Hydraulics has invested in special testing machinery and
equipment to carry out repairs at our Carlow workshop. We have
also a specially trained team of service engineers available for
on-site service and fault finding. In addition we organise
special training courses approximately six times a year.
Repairs
At each of our locations (Carlow, Cork, Dublin and Galway) we
can carry out cylinder repairs and basic valve repairs.
At our Carlow workshops we have special test bed machines to
repair and test piston equipment - pumps and motors of all
manufacturers.
At our Carlow workshops we have facilities to carry out
repairs on cylinders of all types, including long cylinders and
large diameter cylinders. All repaired items are tested before
dispatch.
Site Service
Our well trainer service engineers can carry out work on
customer sites, including the following:
- Flushing and pressure testing
- Fault finding and repair
- Planned maintenance work
- Machine overhaul
- Installation work
- Filtration and condition monitoring
