Pressure Hydraulics - Automation
Based on over fifteen years of experience in the hydraulics
industry, Pressure Hydraulics is now developing a greater
involvement in the automation industry. The Romheld product range
offers solutions to workholding and clamping. For both simple and
complicated applications, The Balluff range of electrical sensors
and switches offer many technical advantages for automation and tool
making. The Systeme Lauer range of message displays and industrial
PC offer solutions for state of the art monitoring and control. With
automation comes a requirement for many safety considerations and
the range of Balluff and Jay and Bircher provides a comprehensive
range.
Pressure Hydraulics - Systems
Having completed many large projects (including RoRo, Canal
Locks, Birr Telescope, Tipping platforms, 8000 ton press systems)
the company has built up experience and expertise with the support
of Mannesmann Rexroth. In addition to the overall design and
manufacture the company also undertakes many installation jobs
including high pressure pipework in both carbon steel and stainless
steel.
Pressure Hydraulics - Repair & Service
With the coverage from Carlow, Dublin, Cork and Galway the
company offers customers a full service. The Carlow workshop is
equipped with specialist equipment and test rigs to carry out
repairs on piston pumps and motors and hydrostatic transmissions.
Pressure Hydraulics - Filtration
The company offers a full filtration service both in design of
filtration systems, supply of components and condition monitoring of
oil. Specialised equipment is available from Carlow for
contamination measurement, flushing, sampling and purifying oil
including water removal.
