Installation

Pressure Hydraulics installs over 1 km of hydraulic pipework every year. This can be a combination of categories such as:

• High pressure (typical 350 bar)
• Stainless steel (often for clean rooms)
• Flexible pipework (mobile plant)
• Large diameter, medium pressure (e.g. 50 bore, 250 bar)
• Welded, compression, flanged type connections
• Associated brackets and supports

Finished pipework can be flushed and pressure tested to 1.5 times working pressure.

Experience has been gained with systems up to 1000 bar.
