Balluff
Associated with the hydraulic systems are many types of electrical switching devices which may be for process control, sequence control, quality control, and safety. The range of switching devices from Balluff are available. Engineering design back up can also be provided for systems and problem solving. The range includes non-contact switching, photoelectric, digital and analogue transducers, safety guards and devices.

Balluff photoelectric switches available in a variety of sensing configurations including diffused, background suppression, retro reflective and through beam. Limit Switches are now available with prewired plug in connector designs to simplify installation, maintenance and safety.

Balluff linear transducers allow accurate position measurement for many applications. The non contact technology of the Balluff system makes it vibration resistant which is important for presses in the mechanical press industry or plastics industry. Transducer lengths up to 3.5 metres are available.

Bircher safety mats provide a method of ensuring that machine movement is stopped when the operator is in the danger area.

Jay radio control systems offer remote operation pendants to control lifting equipment from a safe distance. It is possible to retro fit on existing overhead cranes.
